Dan Allard
Young Dan started his construction journey aspiring to be an architect, creating with Legos.
As a teenager, he designed, planned, and led the construction of his first "real" project, a floating fishing and boating dock for a local summer camp as his Eagle scout community service project. Older Dan later went into residential carpentry and soon was working alongside our community as a Construction Supervisor for Habitat for Humanity of Chester County where he managed and taught volunteers of all abilities modern home construction across a variety of trades to build affordable housing.
After meeting and working with many wonderful homeowners to make their dream home a reality - putting on additions and remodeling homes with several other builders in Chester County - Allard Builds has come to fruition to offer quality home remodeling and home repair solutions on a more personal level. No schmoozy sales - real, present, focused on your best interests, dedicated to professional workmanship to protect your investment and elevate your safe space where you make memories for years to come.

Dan lives in West Chester and enjoys exploring the fascinations of the natural world as a climber, hiker and photographer. He shares his knowledge of building construction as a firefighter with West Chester Fire Department and on the Chester County Rescue Task Force, as a Rescue Technician and FEMA Structural Collapse Specialist.
